My Rides, is a South African E-Hailing company, we seeking dedicated and self motivated drivers to join our growing team. As a driver with My Rides, you can expect a competitive compansation package that includes :
. A weekly basis salary ranging from R3000 to R5000, plus commissions and and overtime pay
. Comprehensive benefits, including paid sick leave, annual leave, UIF, Provident Funds, and Life Insurance as per South African Labor Law enforcement.
To qualify, you must:
. Hold a valid South African Identity Document or legal documents to stay and work in South Africa, if a foreign national.
. Hold a valid South African drivers license and a Professional Drivers Permit

. Criminal Record checks
. Verification of drivers license and ID documents
. Proof of address verification
. Regular checks to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
. Vehicle road-worthy certificate

How to Apply to become a Driver
My Rides drivers easy-to-follow guide:
Step 1: Online Application
* Drivers apply via the My Rides website
* Attach required documents using the uploading buttons provided
* Documents include:
+ Application form
+ Proof of payment
+ Copy of Identity document or Passport (for foreign nationals)
+ Driver's License
+ Professional driver's permit
+ Proof of address (3 months Bank Statement)
* By attaching documents, drivers give consent for My Rides to perform document checks and verification with third-party companies, and agree to pay upfront for verification fees
Step 2: Initial Verification
* My Rides verifies submitted documents
* If successful, drivers receive an email immediately informing them of their success
* Drivers proceed to the next step
Step 3: Driver Profile and Vehicle Documentation
* Drivers download the My Rides Driver App
* Create a driver profile on the app
* Upload required documents, including:
+ Personal information
+ Vehicle road-worthy certificate
+ Vehicle age information (inside and outside)
* Drivers give consent for My Rides to perform criminal record checks using third-party companies, and agree to pay for these checks
Step 4: Final Process and Employment
* My Rides receives a clear criminal record report
* Driver and My Rides sign a driver employment contract
* Compliance department authorizes the My Rides App, allowing the driver to use it
* Driver is employed permanently by My Rides
